Dr. Thomas Scheidl is CEO/CTO and co-founder of qtlabs. Till end of 2019 he acted as senior scientist at the Institute for Quantum Optics and Quantum Information of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. His main research area is the experimental investigation of fundamental questions in quantum physics and the development of prototypes for secure quantum communication and quantum information, mainly for free space systems.
